We lead you through a strategic process that clearly articulates your desired role in your target market(s). Based on your needs and objectives we examine other strategies critical to your success including marketing, staffing, economic, expansion, life and exit strategies. This is often the first step in our approach.
Career Transition Consulting and Life Planning
Career Transitions including layoffs, promotions or re-purposing is a challenging if not difficult process. Reid & Company takes employees through a three-session process to help them identify and pursue their best next steps. Our consultations are personalized, motivational and delivered one-on-one so that your employee receives tailored services that gives him/her a better opportunity for future success. By offering this option to displaced workers, companies help maintain goodwill that benefits them in the future.
Included in the consultation is our proprietary CD, "What Does Your Produce Look Like? How to live a purposeful life." During our sessions clients may focus on any set of services including the following:

Opportunity Analysis
With years of corporate development experience, Reid & Company can assist you in evaluating new business opportunities. We examine their fit with your overall goals and existing efforts, and offer advice on go-no go decisions, required strategy revisions, execution strategies and timelines, and risks.
Personnel Productivity Enhancement
Using our proprietary life planning software, we perform confidential personnel assessments that help employees improve their contributions to the organization in keeping with their personal goals. Individual consultations are a critical part of this process.
