Eleanor R. Reid (E. R. Reid) is the Founder and President of Reid & Company, LLC and a licensed Christian Pastor. She currently serves as Partner and Head of Corporate Strategy for Gideon Strategic Partners, a boutique RIA firm. She founded Reid & Company with the purpose of helping companies understand the fundamental drivers of their businesses and improve their operations towards achieving their profitability and other goals. Over her 20+ years in ministry and business, she has advised Christian leaders and senior executives on several administrative and operational issues.

Eleanor is particularly gifted in helping leaders and individuals understand their purposes, articulate their visions and develop their personal missions. She has also successfully worked on projects including process improvement, pricing, market segmentation, new venture development and contingency planning. The emphasis of her work is on building strong foundations, from which come strongly viable entities and lives. Eleanor is a featured speaker in Divorce Care 2.0 and has published in New York’s, Big Apple Magazine. She has also been an expert guest speaker on numerous television and radio programs across the United States.

Eleanor holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She has worked for such prestigious firms as McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs and Cherokee Investment Partners. In addition to being an author, she is an impactful speaker and business innovator who has authored numerous works that help individuals discover and achieve their unique life purposes.
